Testicular tumours.
Case-1
49 year old man, who was found to have hypoechoic lesion in his RIGHT testicle by ultrasound during workup for infertility. Serum tumor markers [beta-hCG, AFP,] were negative.Computed tomography scan of abdomen and pelvis was negative.

Case-2
53 year white male with 5 month history of RIGHT testicular discomfort. On examination, RIGHT testicle was rock hard testicular ultrasound showed a cystic mass. Serum tumor markers[beta-hCG, AFP] were negative. RIGHT orchiectomy show a 3.5 cm unilocular cyst filled with viscous, brown fluid. The wall of the cyst were discoloured brown-black.

Case -3
54 year pain and swelling in his LEFT testicle. Testicular ultrasound confirmed the presence of 2 cm, multicystic mass in the lower pole. LEFT inguinal orchiectomy was done.
